You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 58ph login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

58ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 58ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
58ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 58ph makes no representations regarding the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.
58ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 58ph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 58ph customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 58ph will endeavour to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
